Set Pings Limit

Please set the limit of pings we don't like someone kick us from the server reason: lagg
please add pings limit fast and i think pings limit should be end at 450.

400 will be good enough, because many of the players from brazil, Vietnam, Malaysia have 300+ and 400- pings.

Accepted. Ping limit has been set to 400, and FPS limit has been set to 20.
