Your wishing topic doesn't need much of an explanation. It's simple, your topic subject should contain the birthday boy/girl's name and the topic message should contain you wish him his birthday, posting a picture is optional. You can only wish him, fights are not allowed, doing that will lead you to a forum warn, or if the fight is big, then forum ban.
